Blue Mountain Steel®/The BodyOrnament Company was founded in 1995 with the simple philosophy that body jewelry can be both safe to pierce with and affordable for piercers. More than two decades later, we continue to operate under this same principle.

All of our body jewelry is manufactured in the United States using implant-grade stainless steel and titanium per ASTM standards. Our gems are created by industry-leader Swarovski and are bezel-set without the use of glues or adhesives.

We are best known in the industry for our signature EZ Pierce™ step-down threading, a unique design in which the jewelry threading fits completely into the back of a same-gauge piercing needle or insertion taper. This creates a jewelry transfer that is both easy for the piercer and comfortable for the piercee, eliminating the dangers and discomforts associated with externally threaded body jewelry.

We also carry a full line of rings, nostril pins, needles, and insertion tapers, as well as a growing line of internally threaded jewelry options.

For every piece of Blue Mountain Steel jewelry purchased, we include a free tri-beveled piercing needle.
