Shipping & Delivery

* Shipping charges vary on the location and shipping rates chosen during check-out
* Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays in the United States
* Orders sent Domestically are processed daily and typically ship the next business day.
* Orders being sent Internationally are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

 

Please note: 

All orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. Custom delays are not within our control.

We respect your concerns about privacy, value the relationship we have with you, and we make every effort to keep your personal information safe. We will not disclose your information to unaffiliated third parties.
We provide a secure site for online shopping. Our physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards meet or exceed current federal standards regarding the protection of customer information. Additionally, we do not store your credit card information, so there is no risk of loss through credit card theft.

Returns & Replacements

Ordering

Order Inquiries
Check the status of your recent order by signing in to your account. You will be prompted to log in with your account number and password. This is an efficient way to keep track of your orders. A summary page will provide you with detailed information regarding your orders. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed
Order Processing
* Orders are processed the same day they are placed (please note: processing time does NOT include weekend days)
* Orders placed over the weekend days are processed the following Monday
* Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)
* Orders are processed and shipped after payment authorization

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment
We accept all major credit cards as payment via PayPal. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment authorization has been approved.
Pricing
Your total cost will be displayed for your review before confirming your order.

Promotions
We will offer seasonal promotions throughout the year. A promotional email will be sent to our wholesale customers.

Updating Account Information

You can view and edit your Account Information from the "My Account" link in the header. Preferences, email addresses etc can be managed from the "My Account" area.
In order to protect your wholesale account, changes to your billing and shipipng addresses can be requested through our online help desk.
